TCPA Consent Disclosure

Effective date: 2026-05-26

This page describes the express written consent you provide when you submit a form on Ainably.com or any landing page in the Ainably partner network.

1. What you are consenting to

By submitting your information and clicking the submit, get quote, request a call, or similar button, you give your express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and applicable state laws for FNTN Research Group LLC, its affiliates, marketing partners, buyers, and service providers (the “Authorized Parties”) to contact you at the phone number(s) and email(s) you provided, including via:

  • Automatic telephone dialing systems (autodialers).
  • Artificial or prerecorded voice messages.
  • AI voice agents.
  • Live agents.
  • SMS and MMS text messages.
  • Email.

Even if your phone number is on a federal or state Do Not Call list. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

2. Verticals you may be contacted about

You consent to be contacted about the product or service category indicated on the form you submitted, including but not limited to: insurance (auto, home, health, life, Medicare supplement, final expense, ACA, vision, dental), mortgage and refinance, financial services and debt relief, healthcare and wellness, peptides and longevity, home services (HVAC, roofing, solar, warranty), legal services, real estate, and other related categories you may qualify for.

3. One-to-One Consent (FCC TCPA 2024 Rule)

Consistent with the FCC’s one-to-one consent rule, when you submit a form on Ainably.com or any partner landing page you are providing express written consent SEPARATELY to:

  • (a) Ainably.com (operated by FNTN Research Group LLC) to contact you about the vertical you indicated, and
  • (b) Each individually-identified seller (buyer, advertiser, or carrier) you choose to receive contact from, presented and named to you at the point of consent.

Bundled, blanket, or “network of advertising partners” consent is no longer treated as valid express written consent. Each seller must be separately identified, and your consent is recorded on a per-seller basis. You can review the current list of active advertising partners at /partners (page coming soon, list available on request via support@ainably.com).

Your consent to each seller is recorded as a TrustedForm certificate timestamp plus a Jornaya LeadiD token, each tied to the specific seller name displayed to you at opt-in. You may review the consent record for your phone number by emailing support@ainably.com.

Per-seller revocation. You may revoke consent for any individual seller without revoking consent for the others. Email support@ainably.com with the specific seller name and the phone number or email you want suppressed for that seller. To revoke for all sellers at once, see Section 6 below.

4. Consent is not a condition of purchase

Your consent to be contacted by autodialed or prerecorded means is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can request information or buy from us by other means by emailing support@ainably.com.

5. Call recording

Calls with the Authorized Parties may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, sales coaching, and compliance purposes. By staying on the call after notice you consent to recording. The caller may be an AI voice agent that identifies itself as such on request.

6. Call Recording, All-Party Consent States

The following eleven (11) US states require all parties to a call to consent to recording: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Washington.

For consumers in any state, including the 11 above, your consent to call recording is established as follows:

  • You (the consumer) provided your phone number on a Ainably form, which includes notice that calls may be recorded.
  • At the START of the call, our AI or live agent states “this call may be recorded for quality and training” (or equivalent).
  • You continue the conversation after that notice. Continued participation constitutes your implied consent to recording under both single-party and all-party consent regimes.

Revoking recording consent mid-call. You may revoke recording consent at any time during a call by clearly saying “do not record”, “stop recording”, or “turn off the recording”. The AI agent will end the recording and either continue the conversation without recording or end the call if recording is operationally required for that call type. You will be informed which.

Buyer-side recording. When a transfer reaches a buyer’s closer (the licensed agency, broker, or vendor that takes the warm transfer), that buyer’s recording practices are governed by the buyer’s own privacy policy and call disclosures. Ainably contractually requires every buyer in our network to honor all-party consent rules in the states listed above and to provide their own recording disclosure at the start of each call.

7. How to revoke consent

You can revoke consent at any time. The fastest ways:

  • Reply STOP to any SMS we send.
  • Say “stop”, “do not call”, or “remove me” on any live or AI call.
  • Email support@ainably.com with the phone number and email you want suppressed and the subject line “Revoke TCPA Consent”.

We process internal suppression requests within ten (10) business days and within thirty (30) days for purposes of the National Do Not Call Registry rules. See our DNC Policy for full details.
