Do Not Call Policy

FNTN Research Group LLC respects your right to control who calls you. This Do Not Call (DNC) Policy describes how we comply with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), the National Do Not Call Registry, and state-level DNC requirements.

1. Our compliance pledge

• We maintain a written DNC policy and make it available on request.
• We scrub outbound dialing lists against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state DNC lists at the cadence required by law before dialing.
• We maintain an internal company-specific do-not-call list and suppress any phone number on that list.
• We train personnel and the AI systems engaged in telemarketing on these rules.
• We maintain records of consent, DNC requests, and call dispositions to support compliance review.

2. National and state DNC scrubbing

Before placing telemarketing calls, we scrub our dialing lists against the National Do Not Call Registry and applicable state-level DNC databases using a recognized scrubbing provider. We honor the subscription period requirements set by the FTC, FCC, and the states (typically updated every 31 days, or more often as required).

3. Internal DNC list

If you ask not to be contacted, we add your phone number to our internal company-specific do-not-call list. We process internal DNC requests promptly, and in any event within thirty (30) days as required by federal law. Your number will remain on our internal DNC list indefinitely unless you ask us in writing to remove it.

4. How to request to be added to our DNC list

You can ask to be added to our internal DNC list in any of the following ways:

• Reply STOP to any SMS we send.
• Say “stop”, “do not call”, or “remove me” on any live or AI call. The system will record the request and add your number.
• Email support@ainably.com with the subject line “DNC Request” and the phone number(s) you want suppressed.
• Mail a written request to FNTN Research Group LLC, 732 S 6th St Ste R, Las Vegas, NV 89101, Attn: DNC Compliance.

5. Buyer and partner obligations

Buyers and lead-supply partners using the Ainably platform are independently responsible for complying with TCPA, TSR, federal and state DNC rules, and any vertical-specific licensing and conduct requirements. Buyers agree to honor consumer DNC requests received directly during a call or transfer and to keep records of consent and disposition.

6. Training and recordkeeping

Personnel and AI agents engaged in telemarketing receive training on these rules before placing calls and on a recurring basis thereafter. We maintain consent records, call recordings, DNC requests, and scrubbing logs for at least the period required by applicable law.

7. State DNC subscription expiration

Where state law requires us to subscribe to a state DNC list, we maintain an active subscription for the duration calls are placed into that state and we honor each state’s rules on registration scope, call-time windows, and recordkeeping.

8. Changes

We may update this DNC Policy from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the latest version.
