This Privacy Policy explains how FNTN Research Group LLC (“Ainably”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit Ainably.com, submit a form on our partner network, receive a call or text from us, or use our buyer platform.
Ainably is a US-based AI-powered live transfer and appointment platform operated by FNTN Research Group LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. Contact: support@ainably.com. Mailing address: 732 S 6th St Ste R, Las Vegas, NV 89101.
We collect the following categories of personal information:
When you submit a form on Ainably.com or any partner landing page, you are providing express written consent SEPARATELY to (a) Ainably.com and (b) each individually-identified seller you choose to receive contact from. Bundled, blanket, or “network of advertising partners” consent is no longer treated as valid. Each seller is identified separately at the point of consent, and your consent is recorded on a per-seller basis as a TrustedForm certificate timestamp plus a Jornaya LeadiD token tied to the specific seller name.
You may review the currently active advertising partner list at /partners (page coming soon, list available on request). You may revoke consent for any individual seller without revoking for the others by emailing support@ainably.com with the specific seller name. See our TCPA Consent Disclosure for full details.
We use cookies, local storage, and tracking pixels (including TrustedForm and Jornaya certificate capture) for site operation, analytics, lead-gen consent proof, and limited advertising. See our Cookie Policy for details and how to opt out. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where applicable.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request a copy, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, to limit use of sensitive personal information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@ainably.com with the subject line “CCPA Request”. We will verify your identity before fulfilling the request and respond within 45 days as required by law.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, email support@ainably.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” and the phone number, email, or other identifier you want suppressed. We also recognize GPC browser signals as a valid opt-out.
